Peter Lute became widely known after being invited to join the jury of the TV programs "MasterChef Holland" and "Junior MasterChef." He has worked at the renowned hotel-restaurant Dikker & Thijs in Amsterdam.

"Green means pure ingredients, accessible hospitality, and the highest quality," summarizes Lute. "Here, guests will find a relaxed atmosphere, a cozy place where both the kitchen and the bar take center stage. Our bartenders mix delicious cocktails, and our chefs prepare dishes with the freshest local ingredients. Mostly, they come from our land in Noordoostpolder," says Lute.
